Altiora is derived from the Latin word meaning "higher things" or "greater heights." It represents growth, progress and striving towards one's highest potential.

We believe every person has the capacity to grow, achieve meaningful goals and live a life that reflects their own aspirations.

Why Altiora Was Created

Altiora Support was founded from a belief that disability support should be personal, consistent and genuinely centred around the individual.

Too often, support becomes focused on completing tasks rather than understanding the person behind them.

We wanted to create something different.

A service where participants feel known.

A service where relationships come before routines.

A service that encourages confidence, independence and long-term growth.

Every participant has their own story, strengths and aspirations. Our role is not to define those aspirations - it is to support people in achieving them.

Meet The Founder

Hi, I'm Jack, Founder and Director of Altiora Support.

After completing a Bachelor of Psychology and working across the disability and community sectors, I realised the most meaningful support doesn't come from simply completing tasks - it comes from understanding people.

Throughout my career, I have seen the positive impact that genuine relationships, consistency and person-centred support can have on someone's confidence and independence.

That experience inspired me to establish Altiora Support.

Every participant deserves to feel respected, listened to and supported in achieving goals that are meaningful to them.

My commitment is to provide support that is professional, compassionate and focused on helping people live the lives they choose.
